The presentations were in-lighting information with the different topics that had been research and presented. One of the presenations in my group was on evaluations of extra-curricular personnel which I thought helped me to understand this process. I reflected on what the book had stated, the effective leaders have a strong regard for people and the overall success of the organization. The extras have a purpose of helping the students have a well balance between work and play that hopefully will lead into their adult life.

I found the stress and burnout section needed for us as future administrators/leaders helpful and for our staff. We need compassion and structure in leading anyone to great success. It is a balance that not only us but also the teacher/staff need to learn to understand and it is us the leadership of the building to manage that. For those of you that this is your last class, congrats and good luck in you endeavors.
